All orders are dispatched from Poland, European Union.

Shipping prices are calculated automatically according to the destination country, parcel weight, parcel dimensions and available carrier services.

Courier Delivery

European Union

Tracked courier delivery is available to selected European Union destinations.

Usually 2-10 business days

There are no import customs duties for parcels delivered between European Union countries.

Spring GDS

International tracked delivery

Parcels are transported through the Spring international network and delivered by a local courier or postal operator in the destination country.

Approximately 4-23 business days

The exact delivery partner and estimated delivery time depend on the destination country.

Polish Post and GLOBAL Expres

Selected international destinations

Tracked postal delivery may be available depending on the destination country and parcel weight.

Approximately 5-22 business days

The maximum weight of one GLOBAL Expres parcel is 2 kilograms.

United States and United Kingdom - taxes paid before shipping

Orders sent to the United States and the United Kingdom through Spring are shipped using a DDP service.

Applicable import duties and taxes are paid by us before dispatch. The recipient should not normally be required to pay additional import charges when the parcel is delivered.

Customs charges for other destinations

Orders delivered outside the European Union, except destinations explicitly marked as DDP, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or local handling charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Spring local delivery partners and estimated delivery times

When an order is shipped through Spring, the final delivery is carried out by a local courier or postal operator in the destination country.

The delivery estimates below already include approximately 3 additional business days for transport from our workshop to the Spring processing centre through InPost.

The actual shipping methods available for your country should always be checked in the basket.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, peak-season workload, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping is currently unavailable to:

ES Spain   PT Portugal   AT Austria   LV Latvia   DK Denmark

Shipping to these countries has been suspended because of disproportionate mandatory packaging, recycling registration and environmental compliance fees, including fees that may apply even when sending only one parcel.

Large orders and final parcel weight

The final packed weight may be slightly higher than the combined product weight because of boxes and protective packaging materials.

If required because of the final parcel weight, parcel dimensions, carrier restrictions or destination country, we may:

• split an order into two or more tracked parcels;
• replace the selected service with a similar tracked delivery method;
• use a faster tracked delivery method.

No additional shipping charge will be requested after the order has been paid.

Tracking your order

After your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Registered customers can also find the tracking information in their account by opening their order history.

Tracking information may initially appear on the website of the international carrier and later on the website of the local delivery company.

Please check the tracking information regularly. A delivery attempt may take place while nobody is at home, and in some countries a paper delivery notice may not be left.

If your parcel has not moved for an unusually long time, please reply to the dispatch confirmation email so that we can check the shipment.

Customs inspections, public holidays, peak-season workload, severe weather, strikes, incorrect address information and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

For the most accurate and current information, always select your country in the basket and check the available shipping methods before completing the order.
