You can pay for your order securely through Stripe or PayPal.

Available payment methods depend on your country

After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of the selected payment provider.

Stripe or PayPal will display the payment methods currently available for your country, currency, device, browser and transaction.

The exact payment options are determined by Stripe or PayPal and may differ between customers and countries.

How the payment process works

1. Add the required products to your shopping basket.
2. Enter your billing and delivery information.
3. Select Stripe or PayPal as your payment method.
4. Confirm your order in our store.
5. You will be redirected to the secure payment page of the selected provider.
6. Select one of the payment methods displayed by Stripe or PayPal.
7. Complete any required bank, card, wallet or account verification.
8. After successful payment, you will be returned to our store and your order will be confirmed.

Paying through Stripe

Stripe provides a secure hosted payment page that allows customers to pay without creating a Stripe account.

The exact payment methods shown on the Stripe page depend on several factors, including:

• the customer's country or region;
• the order currency and total amount;
• the customer's device and browser;
• the payment methods available in the customer's country;
• the payment methods currently enabled for our store;
• the eligibility requirements of the payment provider.

Depending on these conditions, Stripe may offer:

• supported debit and credit cards;
• Apple Pay on eligible Apple devices and browsers;
• Google Pay on eligible devices and browsers;
• Link for eligible customers;
• selected local bank or wallet payment methods.

Not every payment method listed above will be available to every customer. The Stripe payment page will always show the actual options available for your transaction.

Paying through PayPal

PayPal allows you to complete a payment using your PayPal account and the funding methods available in that account.

Depending on your country, account and transaction, you may be able to pay using:

• your available PayPal balance;
• a bank account linked to your PayPal account;
• a debit or credit card linked to your PayPal account;
• a debit or credit card without creating a PayPal account, when Guest Checkout is available;
• Pay Later or another local option, when offered by PayPal.

Guest Checkout and other payment options are controlled by PayPal. They may not be available in every country or for every transaction.

Eligible PayPal purchases may be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection. PayPal's conditions, exclusions and claim deadlines apply.

Payment verification

Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, Stripe or PayPal may require additional verification before approving the payment.

This may include 3D Secure verification, confirmation in a banking application, a one-time security code, biometric authentication or signing in to your payment account.

Secure payment processing

Your payment information is entered directly on the secure payment page provided by Stripe or PayPal.

We do not receive or store your complete card number, card security code, online banking password or PayPal password.

Payment currency and currency conversion

The payment page will show the order amount and currency before you approve the transaction.

If your card, bank account or PayPal account uses a different currency, your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or PayPal may convert the payment.

The exchange rate and any currency conversion fee are determined by the company performing the conversion. Please check the final amount displayed before confirming the payment.

When is an order considered paid?

Submitting an order in our store does not by itself complete the payment.

We begin processing the order only after Stripe or PayPal confirms that the payment has been completed successfully.

If you close the payment page, cancel the transaction or the payment is declined, the order may remain in your account with an unpaid or pending status.

An unpaid order will not be manufactured or dispatched until payment has been successfully confirmed.

If your payment is not completed

A payment may be declined or interrupted because of incorrect payment details, insufficient funds, a bank security restriction, a failed verification, a temporary connection problem or a decision by the payment provider.

Please check:

• that all payment details are correct;
• that your card or account supports online and international payments;
• that you completed any required bank or 3D Secure verification;
• that your browser did not block the payment or verification page;
• that the order currency is supported by your payment method.

If one payment method is unavailable or declined, you may return to the store and try another available payment method.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the same payment service and to the original payment method used for the order.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account depends on Stripe, PayPal, your bank, card issuer or wallet provider.

The payment methods displayed by Stripe and PayPal may change depending on the country, currency, device, browser and eligibility of the transaction.

The payment page of the selected provider always shows the current payment options available for your order.
