Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

To protect the mold, always allow your casting material to cure completely before attempting to demold. Gently peel the edges of the flexible silicone away from the casting slowly, taking extra care around narrow elements or fine line details to avoid overstretching. Never use sharp knives or metal tools to assist in removal, as these can permanently scratch the intricate inner patterns.
While our silicone molds are highly versatile, certain materials perform best with specific shapes in this collection. For instance, epoxy resin is ideal for shallow reliefs and geometric forms, whereas plaster and concrete are recommended for selected designs like solid wall ornaments and altar tiles. We suggest checking the individual product specifications to ensure your chosen mold is compatible with your preferred pouring medium.
After your crafting session, gently wash the mold with warm water and mild soap to remove any residual wax, resin, or plaster. Once completely dry in a dust-free environment, store the mold flat in its natural shape. Keep it away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, open flames, and heavy objects that could compress or warp the silicone.
