The buyer emailed me in anger about the cut in the mold. The buyer wrote that he wants to decide for himself whether to have a cut in his molds or not. However, the description for EVERY of our molds says TWICE about the presence of a cut. Moreover, it is impossible to take the finished product out of the mold without a cut. Also, among the photos of the product there is a video of removing the candle from the mold, where you can clearly see what the mold looks like and that it has a cut. To which the buyer replied that she is an entrepreneur and does not have time to watch the video (and, obviously, to read the product description). I think it's worth taking the time to review the product description before purchasing. If the buyer did this, then there would be no negative experience for both of us.
